Unwilling to sacrifice innocent lives for millions of dollars in gross revenue, this nonviolent vigilante admittedly sabotaged traffic cameras in order to call attention to drastically shortened yellow lights endangering and ending several lives in his community. While facing numerous felony and misdemeanor charges for tampering with the highly profitable cameras, Ruth has risked and sacrificed his freedom to seek justice, fight tyranny and give a voice to the voiceless.
