Guest: Stephan Kinsella – How IP Laws Are The Anthesis Of Liberty & Innovation

On this week's episode of the Free Thought Project Podcast, Jason, Johnny, and Matt talk with Libertarian Figurehead, Stephen Kinsella. Stephan Kinsella is an American intellectual property lawyer, a Libertarian writer and speaker, Director of the Center for the Study of Innovative Freedom. Kinsella is a leading anti-IP libertarian theorist, author of 'Against Intellectual Property' and has had work published in Mises Daily Article, The Journal of Libertarian Studies and the Quarterly Journal of Austrian Economics.

In the podcast we cover the basics of intellectual property, the misconceptions attached to them and how IP laws are the opposite of innovation. We also talked about Covid-19 vaccines patents, the evolution of meme culture, social media censorship using Copyright and IP laws, Bitcoin's potential, how future technology will evade government regulations, 3D printing, voting, the 2020 election and if Mr Kinsella is an iPhone or Android user.

Guest: Ford Fischer — Documenting History Through Filming Protests, Unrest

On this week's episode of the Free Thought Project podcast, Jason, Johnny, and Matt talk with Ford Fischer of News2Share. Fischer is an independent journalist and filmmaker who recently received an Emmy honor for his footage that was used in the PBS documentary, Charlottesville.  He is the editor-in-chief of New2Share, a company which has White House press credentials. News2Share is a platform for raw video journalism related to political activism.

Fischer co-founded News2Share with Trey Yingst in 2014 when they were both college students.

Fischer reported on the violence at the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. His footage was featured in Spike Lee's BlacKkKlansman and ProPublica's Documenting Hate.

In the podcast, we talk about how Fischer's channel News2Share was demonetized, so that it would no longer receive ad revenue from YouTube as part of YouTube's restricted monetization policies. Fischer was banned from posting content on Facebook for three days as he tried to share an article about his censorship on YouTube. His work is entirely objective, yet continues to be the target of censors.

Black Guns Matter educates people in urban communities on their 2nd amendment rights and responsibilities through firearms training and education. For the last four years, Toure's activism has raised over $365,000 in their efforts to promote freedom and liberty and they are currently fundraising for a 50 state tour to continue informing urban communities, especially youth, about safe and legal firearms knowledge, conflict resolution, and the 2nd amendment.

He is the founding member of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth.  AE911Truth now numbers more than 3,000 architects and engineers demanding a new investigation into the destruction of all three World Trade Center high-rise buildings on 9/11.  During the podcast, Mr. Gage delves into the bombshell scientific revelations he and his fellow architects, engineers and scientists have uncovered which destroy the official establishment narrative.
